Article 1 β Definitions

Article 3 β Scope
These general terms apply to all offers issued by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
They are made available electronically or by other accessible means before the conclusion of the contract.
Article 4 β The Offer
All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify offers at any time.
Each offer clearly indicates the total cost, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable charges.
Article 5 β The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the indicated conditions.
The entrepreneur confirms the order by email immediately after acceptance.
Article 6 β Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without providing reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 7 β Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur will refund the payment within 14 days of withdrawal, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Article 8 β Customs and Tax Regulations
The buyer is responsible for complying with all legal obligations related to importing goods, including duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
The entrepreneur is not the official importer of the goods.
Article 9 β CESOP Compliance
Since 2024, payment service providers must report transactions to CESOP in accordance with EU regulations.
The entrepreneur complies with these obligations, which may impact how payments are monitored.
Article 10 β Conformity & Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that all products comply with the contract and legal standards.
Any claim regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
Article 11 β Delivery
Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delay, the consumer will be informed within 14 days of placing the order.
Article 12 β Complaints Handling
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
A response will be provided within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be notified.
Article 13 β Disputes
These general terms are governed by UK law.
Disputes will be resolved amicably if possible, otherwise brought before the competent court in UK
